One of our most popular supplements, this digestive aid for dogs and cats helps promote proper digestion and bowel health through gut-soothing herbs, digestive enzymes, probiotics and prebiotics. Each of these work in a different way to help support and maintain a properly-functioning digestive system.

Ingredients

(Dried fermentation products of Aspergillus oryzae, Rhizophus oryzae, and Trichoderma longibrachiatim [T. reesei], pineapple stem, papaya), FOS (Fructooligosaccharides), Cinnamon Bark, Ginger, Licorice, dried Lactobacillus acidophilus fermentation product, dried fermentation product, [dried fermentation products of Bacillus subtilis and B. licheniformis, maltodextrin, sodium silico aluminate (dessicant)], stearic acid

Probiotics (Bacillus/Lactobacillus):10 Billion CFU

Prebiotics (FOS):100 mg

Enzymes
Amylase: 3750 SKB/g
Protease: 5625 HUT/g
Lipase: 750 FIP/g
Cellulase: 600 CU/g
Bromelain: 22.5 GDU/g
Papain: 3.75 TU/mg

Herbs (Cinnamon, Ginger, and Licorice): 270 mg

HUT= hydrolysis of 8,250µg tyrosine from hemoglobin/min/g
FIP = liberates 2,000µmoles fatty acid from olive oil/min/mg

GDU = liberation of 15.8µg tyrosine from casein/min/g

Directions for Use

Give capsule directly or separate capsule and mix with food

For Dogs

<20 lbs: ½ capsule per day
21-40 lbs: 1 capsule per day
41-80 lbs: 2 capsule per day
81-120 lbs: 3 capsule per day
>120 lbs: 4 capsule per day

For Puppies

1/4 capsule per day

For Cats

½ capsule per day

For Kittens

1/4 capsule per day

Cautions

For animal use only. This product is intended for intermittent or supplemental feeding only. Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven. If animal’s condition worsens or does not improve, stop product administration and consult your veterinarian.

Pro Tips for Picky Eaters:

If feeding a raw, wet or rehydrated diet, we’ve found the sprinkled Microflora to be typically unnoticed when mixed in with meals. For a dry kibble diet, it can sometimes help to add a couple splashes of water to help the powder stick to the kibble pieces. We’ve also found that sprinkling a healthy kibble topper (like our Smiling Dog Kibble Seasoning) can distract even the pickiest of pooches.
