For Dogs:
>0 – 5 lbs: 1/4 tsp twice a day
6 – 10 lbs: ½ tsp twice a day
11 – 25 lbs: ½ – 1 tsp twice a day
26 – 55 lbs: 1 – 2 tsp twice a day
56 – 80 lbs: 2 -3 tsp twice a day
> 80 lbs: 3 – 4 tsp twice a day
